Smilee was founded in 2014. Our goal is to bring an excellent customer experience online too, through a range of chat solutions.
Smilee got its name from the quality rating given at the end of a chat conversation: the customer rates the conversation on a smiley scale. We also base the company’s mission and vision on the customer’s smile. From the very beginning, Smilee’s mission has been “Million Smiles a Day”.
